El hotel estaba muy cerca del centro
El seguro de la puerta no servía, tardaron en resolver el problema y no pudimos salir de la habitación hasta que lo resolvieron y no quedó bien totalmente. La habitación se encontraba a lado de la cochera y había mucho ruido cuando metían o sacaban vehículos, se perdía privacidad.

Nada me gustó, la habitación estaba al lado de la puerta de entrada y con ventana a la calle por lo que todo el tiempo estuve escuchando ruido, no hay privacidad. Llegué a las 2 pm y me dijeron que me fuera y regresara a las 3 pm porque a esa hora era el check in. A las 7:45 de la mañana me despertaron otros huespedes creyendo que mi habitacion era la oficina, para que les abrieran la puerta porque estaba cerrada y no podian salir. No salía agua caliente en la regadera y dejé que el agua corriera como 15 minutos para ver si salia caliente y solo despues de avisar a la recepción despues de 5 min más salió el agua caliente. Cuando me estaba vistiendo llegó una camarista llamada Yolanda a tocar a mi puerta para que saliera a mover mi coche y le dije que me diera unos minutos porque me estaba vistiendo y me gritó que me apurara y al decirle que se esperara que en cuanto acabara lo movería me gritó de groserías insultándome. No lo recomiendo y no volveré. No es hotel boutique ni mucho menos. Es como un albergue con ropa de cama bonita.

Horrible!!! No vayan nunca!!!
La ubicación es buena, pero no justifica el precio tan alto de sus habitaciones en relación al pobre servicio que tienen.
La habitación es horrible, nos dieron la que se encuentra justo detrás del estacionamiento, parece cuarto de conserje y todo ruido del exterior se escucha evitando poder descansar apropiadamente. Para comenzar llegamos y el hotel no cuenta con servicio de Valet Parking, me dieron un domicilio de un estacionamiento inexistente, por lo cual tuvieron que improvisar y "resolver" en el momento un convenio con el estacionamiento para poder dejar mi vehículo; esto me tomó 45 minutos perdidos. La habitación huele a humedad, las regaderas están oxidadas y la puerta del baño no sirve, en general la experiencia fue muy poco grata y tuvimos que correr de ahí un día antes de la salida programada. La verdad es que no deberían ofrecer esa habitación a nadie más si es que el hotel respeta un poco el mínimo nivel de servicio que uno espera para descansar en un lugar cómodo. Venden el lugar como algo que no es, la relación calidad/precio es mala. Si pueden evitar el hotel de verdad háganlo, se ahorrarán un mal sabor de boca en sus vacaciones.
